Judges
DECA students have the opportunity to apply their marketing knowledge in a variety of competitive events. They compete in either individual or team events consisting of two role-plays. Local business and community leaders are needed as volunteers to judge the role-plays. DECA has over 26 events ranging from Food Marketing to Business Finance, something for every professional to apply their expertise as a judge. Judge training is provided on the day of the conference prior to the events.
The Illinois Association Career Development Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Rosemont on February 29 - March 2, 2024. Judges are needed on Friday, March 1st from 8:00 am - 4:00 p.m.

Exhibiting at the Illinois DECA Career development conference offers you and your business/school the opportunity to network with just over one thousand high school students.
