Illinois Career Development Conference 2026

Student members of Illinois DECA and their advisors come together to demonstrate their skills in both a written component such as an exam or report and an interactive component with an industry professional serving as a judge. Achievement for individual and team competitors as well as chapter successes are celebrated throughout the conference.

DECA’s competitive events directly contribute to every member being college and career ready when they graduate from high school.
