Our conference will take place at the Decatur Conference Center & Hotel in Decatur.  Registration will begin at 2:30 pm. The registration fee of $ 80.00 will include one banquet meal on Friday evening as well as Thursday pizza and karaoke, Friday dance and video show & entertainment, Saturday mini awards, certificates, grand award trophies, and other favors.  The hotel room cost is $123 per night per room. All state and national dues must be sent in by February 1st.  This includes all original and/or additional members, state summary form, membership list form and state charter fee.  If this is the first time you are paying dues, please make sure that all information, forms and money are correct.  Look at the "Dues Info" page in this website.

The S-CDC registration form is included on this website.  It should be sent by email by the due date.  Follow the instructions given on that page.  This form will then be emailed to Joan Varanauski.  Joan will send you a reply of receipt.  Membership names from rosters will be checked against the registration form.  Make sure you register your competitors with the name you used on the national online registration form.

Make sure that the Decatur Convention Center & Hotel receives your reservation form no later than February 5, 2009.

The Dress Code / Conduct, Permission for Attendance / Emergency Treatment and Verification of Signed Forms should be completed and brought with you to the conference.  You may have already had your DECA members sign this form for SEC.  Those forms may be used for this conference; however, you will need to bring a new Verification form with you to the conference registration.

The DECA members competing in written events will receive their conference schedules through their chapter advisor after attending the Advisor's meeting on Thursday.
