State Dues

Illinois DECA pays unified State and National dues amounting to $ 17.00 per member ($9.00 State & $8.00 National). This means you will need 2 checks (1) $17 per person membership dues payable to DECA, and (2) $10 Charter Fee & IFME (amount will vary with each chapter) payable to Illinois DECA.  National DECA now requires that all membership dues be sent directly to them. Please send the online DECA roster form and membership dues check to National DECA at their office. All national & state dues should be paid by November 15, 2011.

Form # 1 - The State Charter Fee & IFME Dues Form

The Annual Chapter Charter Fee is $10.00 per chapter – not individual members.

There is also a box for Advisor Membership in the Illinois Foundation for Marketing Education. All Advisors are encouraged to join this professional organization which in turn is the support Board for the scholarships presented at the state conference. Please insert the number of Advisor members from your chapter who wish to join IFME in the appropriate box. The membership fee for each Advisor is $10.00.  Thank you.

Form # 2 – Student Membership Class List

Please use this form and duplicate as needed.  All students are to be listed alphabetically LAST name first.  Make sure you check the spelling to match the student’s name exactly as you spelled it for National DECA’s roster.  Make sure that you list one (1) business class the student will take either first or second semester.  Have your Principal sign the Student Membership form and mail them to Joan at the IL address.
